Price Includes Tax & Gratuity

Policies for Yacht Club & Country Club Functions:

• Room rental and damage deposit must be paid at time of booking.

• Full payment must be received on or before the date of any special event.

• A 30 day cancellation notice is required for refund of room deposit.

• All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Lake Forest. No alcohol may be removed from premises.

• A bartender fee of $15.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours, beginning 30 minutes prior to event and ending 30 minutes after event) and a $50.00 set up fee for private bar in room ($50.00 per hour minimum) will be charged if booked for the event.

• The kitchens at the Yacht and/or Country Club are not available for private party use or by outside caterers. All individuals and/or caterers must have food prepared upon arrival at Lake Forest.

• Outside caterer must dress all tables. Linens, if contracted with Lake Forest, will be supplied with the following applicable rates: Table Cloths ($7.00 each), Skirts ($10.00 each).

• Outside caterer will supply all dishes and service ware.

• Head tables and food tables will be dressed with linens and skirting at no charge.

• All decorating plans must be approved by party coordinator PRIOR to decorating.

• A staff fee of $15.00 per hour will be charged when a staff member is required to be present during function and/or for decorating.

• Bird Seed, Rice, Toilet Paper, Glitter, Shaving Cream, and any other like items are PROHIBITED INSIDE & OUTSIDE. Bubbles are allowed OUTSIDE ONLY.

• Persons signing the contract are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

• Lake Forest is not responsible for items left after the event.

• All food will be served buffet style.

• 18% Gratuity on all Food & Liquor.

• 9.5% Tax.

**What’s Included with Your Rental:**

• Banquet tables (8’ rectangular), small square tables and chairs are included with the room rental. Prior to the event a room diagram will need to be agreed upon. Lake Forest will set the room according to the diagram. Rooms will be set one time. Should there be any changes, additions and/or deletions after final setup a $25/hour fee will be charged.

• Rental of the Yacht Club will include use of the deck. Members and guests of Lake Forest will also be allowed use of the deck. Should you need a portion of the deck for a special reason such as a wedding, provisions will be made to block off a portion of the deck for your ceremony. After the ceremony the deck will be opened to everyone.

• A staff member will be on hand at all times during the regular operating hours of the Club. If your function is held during non-operating hours a $15 per hour staff fee will be charged.

• Room Rental is for 4 hours unless special arrangements are made with management.

• Outside caterers will be responsible for picking up dishes, removing decorations and emptying trash.

• A staff fee $15 per hour will be charged for plated meals.

• Lake Forest catered events will be supplied with decorative chafers and serving platters at no charge.

• Use of any bar at Lake Forest is available during normal operating hours at no charge. Should your function require a private bar, we will provide you with the complete bar setup, including cups, glasses, etc., at all the applicable prices ($50 setup fee, $15/hour bartender fee, beginning 30 minutes prior to event and 30 minutes afterwards).

Trio Salad Plate - Fresh iceberg lettuce with tomato wedge, chicken salad, tuna salad & pasta salad. Separate fruit cup. $10.95

Quiche Lorraine - Wedge of cheese and bacon quiche, fresh fruit cup and muffin. $10.95

Chef Salad - Julienne slices of ham, bacon, turkey, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese with tomato wedges on a bed of lettuce. $9.95

New York Deli - Assorted cheese, croissant, sliced beef, turkey, ham & condiments. $9.95

Hamburger Buffet - Hamburgers, buns, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, potato salad & condiments. $8.95

Beef Stroganoff - Seasoned cubed beef served over noodles, vegetables, salad. $10.95

Roast Beef - Sliced roast beef, salad, vegetable & potato. $10.95

Prime Rib - Roasted to perfection and served with au jus. $19.95

Shrimp Scampi - Jumbo shrimp sautéed in garlic butter. $17.95

Beverage Information

Cash Bar: A cash bar is one where the guests pay for their drinks as the receive them.

Open Bar: An open bar is one where the guests do not pay for their drinks. The cost is computed at the basic drink price and paid by the host.
