Tonight we will be presenting the New Business first.
New Business:
Motion to Borrow $100,000 and Motion to Access $50: Ray Sturch made a motion that due to the uncertainty associated with accurately predicting income and expenses of the Association because of unpredictable amenity usage, cost increases, as well as natural events out of our control, such as weather events and failure of high dollar capital items that require repair make it advisable to:
First Motion: Approve borrowing up to $100,000 in calendar year 2009. These funds are to be borrowed when needed as determined by management. Marie Bidney seconded the motion, motion passed.
