CONGRATULATIONS to the Lake Forest Swim Team --- The swim team just won the GCAL City Meet which was held in Gulf Shores. They are now the City Champions – a title which hasn’t been ours for the past several years. Way to go team! We’re proud of you.
LAKE FOREST SWIM TEAM
Home Records, The Lake Forest Swim Team offers swim instruction for ages 3-18. We have meets on many Tuesday and Thursday afternoons during the summer. Our season culminates with the city meet at the end of July. Our coaches offer a fun and exciting atmosphere were children can form friendships and learn the lessons offered through healthy competition. For the first time, we will have a “guppy” group this summer (swimming lessons). This will be for beginning swimmers ages 3-7.
